4. AI Data Usage & Content Ownership

5. WhatsApp Business API
Webnyxa offers a chat-based website builder and site-management experience through the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform. When you interact with our official WhatsApp number, the following applies in addition to the sections above:
5.1 What We Collect via WhatsApp
- Your WhatsApp phone number
- Your WhatsApp profile display name (as shared by Meta)
- The text, images, documents, and videos you send us in chat
- Message timestamps and Meta-provided message identifiers (used for idempotency and delivery tracking)
- One-time-password (OTP) verification records used to link your WhatsApp account to your website
5.2 How We Use WhatsApp Data
- To create and update the website you're building through chat
- To send you status updates about your builds (e.g. "your site is live")
- To process payments via secure Razorpay Payment Links shared in-chat
- To authenticate you via a one-time code sent to your email
- To detect and prevent abuse of the platform
We do not send marketing messages, and we do not share your WhatsApp number with third parties for advertising. We only message you in response to your own messages or to notify you about your sites.
5.3 WhatsApp Data Retention & Deletion
- WhatsApp conversation history is retained while your account is active so the assistant has context for your next request.
- Idempotency and processing logs are retained for up to 7 days before automatic cleanup.
- You can delete your WhatsApp chat data at any time via our Data Deletion page.
- Destructive site operations (e.g. site deletion) are never executed from WhatsApp — they require an authenticated dashboard session for your protection.

5.4 Meta's Role
Meta Platforms, Inc. operates the WhatsApp Business Platform that carries your messages to and from Webnyxa. Meta’s own handling of your messages is governed by Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy and their privacy policy. Webnyxa does not store WhatsApp messages on Meta’s infrastructure beyond what is necessary for delivery.
6. Data Storage & Retention
- Your data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS)
- Project and account data are retained as long as your account is active
- We may retain limited data for legal, billing, or security purposes

7. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services, including:
- Cloud Infrastructure: AWS (S3, CloudFront, CodeBuild, compute services)
- Authentication & Database: Supabase
- Payment Processing: Razorpay, Stripe
- Messaging: Meta WhatsApp Business Platform
- AI Models: Anthropic (Claude)
- Email: AWS SES (for OTP and transactional email)
- Analytics & Monitoring: Internal and third-party tools
These providers may process your data only as required to deliver the service.
9. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- Secure authentication systems
- Encrypted communication (HTTPS)
- Access control and monitoring
However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
